Shipping
For orders in the U. S. Postage & Handling cost is 20% of subtotal, up to $8.00. All orders outside the U.S. Postage & Handling cost is 30% of subtotal, up to $18.00. All orders in U.S. funds only. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your item(s) to arrive.

Taxes
A sales tax of 3.9% is only applied to Colorado residents.

Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on any open package except for defective tape or CDs. If your tape or CD is defective upon receipt, please call us at 719-687-7676 and we can arrange to send you a replacement.

Privacy Policy
All information provided by you, including name and address, email address, and credit card information, is used only to service your order. None of the information you provide is transferred to any other entity under any circumstances. We do not share this information with anybody. Period.
